This is the place to come if you have had your MovieWatcher card stolen, lost or damaged and you do not know your card number. Please complete all spaces below before submitting. Our MovieWatcher Customer Service staff will research and handle your request. In most cases this will take one to two weeks before you receive a replacement card in the mail.
If additional information is required, you may be contacted and, depending on the circumstances, this could delay the resolution to your situation.
All other problems with cards are handled through the "My MovieWatcher Account" link on your personal MovieWatcher page. You must register your MovieWatcher card as an online account to access that area. If you do not wish to register your card as an online account, requests must be made in person at any AMC Theatre Guest Services.
Registered online account members are encouraged to request replacement through the "My MovieWatcher Account" link as long as you have access to your card number. If you do not have access to your card number, then complete the information below.
