Q. Become an online member: How do I register My MovieWatcher Account online?
A. From the MovieWatcher.com home page located at www.moviewatcher.com, go to the middle of the page where it asks if you're a member. If you are, but you haven't activated your account online, click where appropriate. You'll then be prompted to "add online benefits." There, you'll fill in your MovieWatcher card number, and a password will be sent to you so you can start the registration process.
Once you receive your password and it's entered along with your MovieWatcher card number, click on "Go" and you'll arrive at your personal page. Be sure to check the "Remember Me" box if you wish to go directly to your personal MovieWatcher home page in the future.
Now it is time to confirm/update your personal information and favorite AMC theatres.
On the left side navigation, click on "My MovieWatcher Account," on the next page, click on "Edit My Profile."
Next up will be your member profile pages. Update any information needed. Please check that your mail and e-mail addresses are accurate so you won't miss out on special offers. Permission-based e-mail is our primary method of communication and distribution of coupons. These will always come from MovieWatcher, but may be on behalf of a promotional partner (third party e-mail option).
WE WILL NOT GIVE OUT OR SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The home and favorite theatres you select on these pages will populate your "My MovieWatcher Theatres" section on the personal page. Once you have completed updating the profile pages, clicking on "Submit" will take you to an interstitial "changes made" page. Click on "Take me to my personal page" to be taken to your personal MovieWatcher home page (you must have cookies enabled to enjoy this feature).

Q. MovieTickets.com service fee not waived: Why was I charged service fee on MovieTickets.com?
A.One of the online benefits of MovieWatcher is the waiving of the service fees for online ticket purchases. To ensure credit for your purchase, and to have the fee waived, you must enter your valid nine digit MovieWatcher card number in the appropriate space on the MovieTickets.com ticket order page.
However, if you have arrived at the MovieTickets.com ticket order page by visiting one of MovieTickets.com's affiliates during the same browser session, service fees cannot be waived. Additionally, service fees incurred by purchases made on wireless devices cannot be waived.
To always ensure that your service fee is waived, we suggest you use MovieWatcher.com as your AMC showtime search engine of choice. Any requests seeking refund of online service fees MUST be accompanied by the MovieTickets.com confirmation number so the transaction can be researched.

Q. Fandango.com service fee not waived: Why was I charged a service fee on Fandango.com as a MovieWatcher® member?
A. AMC Theatres collaborated with MovieTickets.com to waive the online service fee for MovieWatcher® members. AMC does not have a similar arrangement with Fandango, but instead is contractually obligated to charge a service fee for former Loews’, Magic Johnson, and Star theatre locations. At this time, we are unable to waive the service fee for MovieWatcher® members purchasing tickets on Fandango.com.
